How it works for your guests
Your guests follow four easy steps and walk out with their own perfume, made in a few minutes.
You don't need to be an expert. The system was designed by an experienced perfumer, and the fragrances are made to blend together beautifully. Practically no combination can go wrong.
Guests start by smelling the 16 scents on the scent-testing stones. They simply follow their nose and pick the ones they like.
Warm scents for winter, fresh summer notes, romantic florals or a bold spicy fragrance for men: everything is possible.
Each guest gets a mixing card with a flower on it. The flower has 5 petals, and each petal stands for 10 ml. They mark the scents they like on the petals.
To judge the result, guests smell the combination on paper testing strips, just like a real perfumer does. They can make one or several blends on paper until they are happy.
At the bottom of every scent bottle is a pump with a measuring scale. Turning the transparent part to the left makes the scent flow slowly. Turning it back to the right stops it, so guests can see exactly whether they have 10, 15 or 20 ml.
They hold the perfume bottle under the spout and press it upwards, and the scent flows in. They repeat this for each scent until the bottle is full.
At the end they can shake the bottle and smell it on their skin. Is everything right? Or does it need a little more of another scent? Guests usually know exactly what they want.
Once the bottle is full, you screw on the spray and put on the cap. The guest comes up with their own name for the perfume and writes it on the label, and the perfume goes into a velvet gift bag.
